It has a big common swimming pool, which is filled up from 01 April until the end of October. It has airconditioning on the ground floor & bedrooms. The villa is a 2-floor semi-detached cozy furnitured house with spacious living room, dining table, WC, double sofa bed and the kitchen on the ground floor. Here you will also find your own private outside bathroom where two persons at the same time can shower under the blue sky. This is our guest's favorite spot of the villa. Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with two double bed bedrooms and a family room with (double bed and a single bed). The house provides all its comfort you need. it has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and outside BBQ. The villa has a big private garden on the front and a bigger common area on the back covered with grass. We have big windows and doors which you can open to enter your back patio.
