Nestled between the picturesque Sibillini Mountains and the enchanting Adriatic Sea, with uninterrupted views of unspoilt landscapes, we present a true paradise on earth, a haven of peace and beauty from which you will never want to leave. Our large historic estate, comprising a main farmhouse, a cosy cottage and a versatile barn, is set in the centre of 28 acres of land, offering the perfect setting for those seeking complete privacy within the lush heart of Le Marche. With a total accommodation capacity of 29 beds, we guarantee a high-quality stay for large groups, enveloped in the serenity of our panoramic views of hilltop villages and majestic mountains. The main house is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there is a double living room with leather sofas, a dining room with a large table seating up to 16 adults, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This flat also has a combined washing machine and boiler. On the first floor, there are 4 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms, exposed wooden beams, stone walls and ceiling fans. An additional kitchen and a large rooftop terrace complete the apartment, offering breathtaking views. Outside, life unfolds between the various verandas and patios, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. A barbecue area with a long table and seating for 30 people invites for convivial moments, while large gardens and a 5 x 10-metre private pool add a touch of relaxation and fun. The pool area, completely enclosed and surrounded by olive trees, offers breathtaking views and is equipped with a large solarium, quality sun loungers, a large shaded gazebo and a solar-powered shower, open from the first weekend in May until mid-October. The estate boasts a unique location, less than an hour's drive from Ancona airport, only 15 minutes from the coast and 40 minutes from the mountains. The proximity to local shops, only 2 minutes away, adds convenience without sacrificing intimacy. The private road with automated gates maintains maximum privacy for guests, while providing easy access to this idyllic rural oasis away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
