About this castle / palace rental
The residence is in the historical centre of Monteprandone in a medieval fortress situated in Italy in le Marche region on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
The residence was opened in 2008 following the restoration of two houses of architectural beauty dating from the 1500s and share the only garden in the historical centre of the town. Monteprandone is near the border between the Marche and Abruzzo regions and only 4 km from the seaside resort of San Benedetto del Tronto. During the sensitive restoration of these medieval buildings great attention was given to detail, to exalt the architectural beauty of the cross-vaulting, wooden beams, hand-made bricks and original frescoes. Each apartment has air conditioning, a kitchenette (fitted kitchen area), two flat-screen digital televisions, internet and Wi-Fi, a safety-security box and an elegant bathroom.

I was on holiday with my group of friends, and we were host in a beautiful castle. The building is divided in lovely apartments provided with all the comforts such as air conditioner, wi fi and elevator. Besides, the castle was situated in a perfect position, close to the seaside on a hill surrounded by vineyards. We did many excursions and had beautiful experiences like cooking classes, wine tours, hiking, it was a very active holiday and we were never bored. Every evening a chef prepared us dinner and we ate on the pool edge, while listening to classical music. An amazing experience, that we highly recommend!

Hi, having offered the stay in your marvelous structure to a group of my friend, I immediately want to comunicate you my gratitude to have made this stay unforgettable. We have been welcomed in your charming location with the attention and the care of a king. The comfort, the silence and the cleanning of the rooms have allowed the whole necessary relax to face the following day the numerous activities: trekking in the magnificient foreshortening of the Sibylline Mountains, in the beautiful beaches of sand on the Adriatic coast.
Unforgettable the experience of the cooking class that we can't live so intensely in any other place in the world. We also, recommend to whom will want to imitate us, to make a Tour of the wine cellars, with tasting wines!!
After having lived this experience we can confirm that the Marche region and Marchigiani have the art of reception in their blood!

We have just come back home after an unforgettable experience in the Marche. We have spent an incredible week in this medieval castle located in a small and charming old town, Monteprandone, few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto.
The rooms were very clean and peaceful with every comfort. The staff was very nice and helpful and organized a lot of activities like a hiking excursion in the nearby Sibillini Mountains and a very funny cooking class. This was one of our favourite activities we did in the Marche.
But we also went on a food and wine tour… Such an excellent way to try healthy food, drink some excellent local wines and soak in the culture of this welcoming region!

My husband John and I got married last 9th August in Italy and we celebrated together with our families in the enchanting setting of this fabulous medieval castle in Monteprandone.
All our guests enjoyed the ambience, the impeccable service but most of all the food. The staff was always available, very friendly and highly professional… we felt really pampered.
After the dinner they organized a torchlight beach party with lots of dancing and singing… We really had a great time! There was also a seaside gazebo so we cuold romantically watch the magical sunset across the water.
Then we spent our first wedding night in a wonderful suite of the castle and the next day we had a superb breakfast that we will not forget so easily!
We are very pleased to have lived here the best day of our lives and we will definitely come back to celebrate our anniversary!
