Modern apartment close to the beach with a communal swimming pool and private balcony.
The apartment is located close to the beach and to Split center but still away from city rush. Plenty of good restaurants are close to apartment.
The apartment has a private balcony with a table and seats for 6 persons. There you can enjoy in beautiful view, you can watch mountain next to apartment as terrace has open view through safety glass while having meal or drink.
Great relax area with big swimming pool size 50 m2 (10x5 meters) !
It is very cosy accommodation unit and it is brand new, finished in spring 2016.
The apartment consists of one big double bedroom, one small double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, bathroom and a terrace.
We provide to our guests complete cookware (pots, pans, bake ware, etc.), refrigerator, 4 burner stove, dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery, pots and pans, bed linen and extra blankets, cable tv, free wi-fi, luxury air-condition.
Apartment is in quiet area near Adriatic sea and beaches, in the vicinity of Stobreč town and 8 km from the historic center of Split, the second largest city in Croatia. The beach is about 400 metres away. Restaurants and supermarkets are approximately 500 metres away.
