The apartment looks new. It is clean and well equipped and functional.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe (c/w cloth hangers).
There is a shower cabin in the bathroom and a washing machine. There also is a drying rack. There were enough towels provided and plenty of detergend and household cleaning materials.
In the kitchen there is a ceramic stove (4 heating fields), a dishwasher (with supply of detergent tablets), coffee percolator and a fridge. All are in good working condition, supplemented by enough pans and pots to cook. There is an air-condition unit as well, with a heating function, which was convenient at this time of year. A redio and a TV (both in the kitchen and bedroom) were working.
There is a couple of small grocery stores nearby and some fast-food points, plus a nice restaurant (meat only). The most attractive for us was the fishmarket booth, which offers fresh catch of the day, if you are early enough, and can also prepare and grill it for you - absolutely no1.
The bus stop is very close - line No60 takes you to the heart of Split in about 25 minutes (use application to buy tickets, it's a third of the price compared with buying a ticket from the driver).
Last but not least: the beach is less than 50 yards away !!!
There is a road right at the back of the house. The traffic noise can be bothering sometimes. Thankfully, there are no windows on this side of the building.

The apartment is new and well furnited. It has everything you need for a holiday trip. The view of the sea from the balcony is really nice. The beach is very close by. The owners are very pleasant and helpfull
