A three-room apartment by the lake with a terrace and a view whose value lies in the ample space available: distributed over no less than 100m2, it is an attic apartment offering two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room, for a total of five beds. A furnished terrace with a lake view completes the offer.
SPACES
Located in the municipality of Tavernola Bergamasca, overlooking the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo, right in front of Montisola, the three-room apartment Gioia del Verde is situated in a small building in the part of the village that starts climbing the hill behind it. It is a mansard, with a sloping roof and exposed beams, which enjoys a good height even in the lowest part and gets light from dormers and windows.
Furnished with traditional wooden furniture, the Gioia del Verde holiday home offers 100m2 of floor space and is preceded outside by a large terrace with a table, sunshade and chairs where it is possible to have breakfast or lunch while admiring the lake that peeks through the rooftops.
Once inside, you are greeted by a large room that serves as an entrance and living room and where you will find a large dining table, sofa (which can be converted into a double bed to sleep two more) and television.
A door leads from here to the well-equipped eat-in kitchen (cooker, sink, oven and microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer) with a second table for dining or use as a worktop.
Proceeding instead from the living room to the left are the bathroom and bedrooms. The first, in blue ceramic tiles, is complete with washbasin, toilet, bidet and bathtub. The washing machine is located in a separate utility room. The first, smaller room has a single bed and a desk. The second is larger and has a double bed, as well as a chest of drawers with a mirror and a large wardrobe.
Fully equipped, Gioia del Verde has heating and air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access.
