Spacious and bright three-room apartment, with a spectacular view of Lake Iseo and Monteisola. The apartment is located in a condominium context but its leading position offers a very spacious terrace and a small garden below where it is possible to grill and relax in the sun. The house is equipped with a kitchenette with all the main comforts and a living area that opens onto the terrace. A small corridor will give you access to the bathroom (with shower and washing machine) first and then to the two bedrooms, one of which is double with access to the terrace and the other with 2 single bunk beds and 1 pull-out level, giving way to have a second double for a possible second couple. The property also offers a private garage and the possibility of using the shared swimming pool with solarium area just 30 meters from the house. A security deposit of €300 (€600 in case of pet) is required, by credit card. The card details will be requested at the time of booking confirmation, however the block will be activated upon the guest's arrival. The swimming pool is located 50m from the property. The resort of Riva is about a 3-minute drive down the hill.
