The 55m² holiday apartment is on the upper floor of a two-storey residential house. The lower floor is occupied by a Croatian family, while the owner lives in the apartment next door. Fully renovated just recently in 2019, the apartment offers all modern amenities, including air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom and WiFi Internet access in all rooms. The apartment consists of an open-plan living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a top modern bathroom. Your holiday apartment is only about 200 metres from the blue Adriatic and about 500 metres from the nearest beach. There is a supermarket right next door about 50 metres away and it is about 100 metres to the nearest restaurant. It is about 500 metres to the centre and the beautiful old town of Rovinj with a range of shops, colourful markets, a good selection of cafes and restaurants and the famous cathedral of Saint Eufemija.
