The bungalow is detached and located behind our house in the garden area. The layout of the bungalow is as follows: Entrance hall - leading into the living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (shower) with toilet. All room windows are fitted with roller shutters. All windows are fitted with insect screens. All rooms have underfloor heating, which is controlled by an outside temperature sensor. The property has very good transport connections, motorway A17 exit Prohlis-Kreischa as well as in all directions, city centre, Saxon Switzerland etc. Parking is available on the property and is charged per night on site. In front of the bungalow there is a covered and illuminated seating area for up to 4 people in the warm season for a cosy get-together until 10 pm to end the day. There is also the possibility to use the electric grill, and is of course also intended for smokers. Please note that the property can be booked for a maximum of 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children), there is a double bed and a bunk bed in the shared bedroom. Bookings for 4 construction workers or fitters should be the exception, a guest must make the booking so that this is also our contact person. Please note that the arrival time must be discussed in advance with the landlord.
