Ruhige Lage. Schöne Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. 2 getrennte Badezimmer. Nette Gastgeber.
Leider wurde die Außenseite beim Wohnzimmer derzeit renoviert. Daher konnten wir das Wohnzimmer aufgrund des starken Farbgeruchs vom Holz nicht nutzen. Die Nutzung des Außenbereichs ist leider auch nicht möglich. Dieser wird vom Besitzer genutzt, der untere Bereich von den vermieteten Zimmern. Hier kommt aufgrund der Bilder eine falsche Vorstellung auf.

Sehr nette Vermieter im Haus. Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, nur 1 km Fußweg zum Weisseritzpark ( Einkaufszentrum, Kaufland bis 22h geöffnet, ,Freizeitpark Hains mit Eisbahn, Hallenbad mit Reifenrutsche) und Haltestelle Cossmannsdorf der historischen Dampflok Weisseritztalbahn (fährt in der Regel 3x täglich). Attraktive Wanderziele z.b. Somsdorfer Klamm mit kleinem Wasserfall (ab ca. Grundschulalter) oder wandern durch den Rabenauer Grund. Dresden ist ab Freital - Hainsberg mit S-Bahn ( Fahrzeit ca. 15 min) gut erreichbar und auch mit dem Auto ist man schnell da ( parken günstig, Tag 6 Euro an Semperoper). Wohnung hat 2 Bäder, so kommt man morgens schneller aus dem Haus. Ein Bad ist schön, das zweite etwas eng und älter. Ausstattung mit Backofen etc. Ist komfortabel. Betten sind bequem.
Hinweise zu Besonderheiten: Küche und Essplatz sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da auf 2 halbe Räume aufgeteilt. Es ist alles da in gutem Zustand. Vom zweiten Bad öffnet die Tür nach innen, das ist eng. Wir haben das Bad trotzdem genutzt. Wohnzimmer durch Durchgangszimmer oder Flur mit Schlüssel zugänglich. Wer nur zu dritt ist, sollte das Durchgangszimmer ggf. nicht als Schlafzimmer belegen.
