A perfect place to surround yourself with the tranquility and silence of an uncontaminated countryside, ideal for those wishing to spend a recharging holiday from the stressful and frantic city life.
The cottage is divided into two spacious apartments for a total of 5 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Both apartments have access from the ground floor.
Outside the large terrain allows you to better enjoy the beautiful natural landscape that surrounds the house, with barbecue, table tennis, table football, gazebo, tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi area, perfectly harmonized with the surrounding landscape.
To reach the house you need to drive for about 3.5 km on a gravel road running through forests of oak and hornbeam trees with charming landscapes popping from behind the flora.
The town of Apecchio, where you will also find all the main services, is about 5 km away. This area is famous for craft brewers both in Italy and abroad; you can visit them for beer tours and tastings, while some restaurants offer menus with dishes based on local beers.
There are trails for hiking, trekking, canyoning and river bathing. About half an hour away is Sant'Angelo in Vado with the unique mosaics of the Domus of the Myth, and a little further there is Mercatello sul Metauro (an Orange flag for one of the best mediaeval boroughs in Italy). In less than an hour drive away there is the beautiful Urbino, an UNESCO World Heritage city.
