We have stayed here four or five times now and always such a nice base to visit family close by. Always a warm welcome and great breakfast to start the day. Warm room and comfortable bed. Shared bathroom is kept very clean. Free parking is a bonus.

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast timing was to suit me which worked well and was very tasty.
