On a sunny spot, on the edge of the village of Lammari and only 6 km from the city of Lucca, this detached villa has a fully fenced garden and an above-ground pool (5.30 m x 2.80 m – depth 1.20 m), making it a perfect choice for families with children or travellers with pets.

For lovers of cycling or hiking, there are many paths leading from the house where you can discover the beautiful surroundings with their olive groves, parish churches, castles and farms.
Guests can quickly reach the Montecarlo wine route (13 km), the Pinocchio Park in Collodi (approx. 13 km), which is sure to be great fun for young and old alike, and the beautiful Villa Garzoni with its butterfly house (13 km), the historic villas and villages of Segromigno, Matraia and Valgiano, where you can admire the magnificent views and sample local specialities in one of the restaurants and trattorias along the route.
From Marlia, you can reach the Pizzorne plateau in about 30 minutes, an enchanting place with meadows and woods, perfect for cooling off with the children on hot summer days.
The sea and the most important art cities of Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena and Pisa, can be reached in a short time. The city of Lucca is only 6 km away.

The villa is located entirely on the ground floor (two steps outside) and consists of: entrance hall, dining room with dining table, TV, fireplace, exit to the garden, separate kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee brewer, small table, living room with sofa.
Hallway leading to the sleeping area (air conditioning is located at the beginning of the living area and in the hallway of the sleeping area): 1 single bedroom, 1 large bedroom with 2 beds, desk, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The villa is very cosy and bright, with terrazzo floors and walls in delicate pastel colours.
The approx. 500 m² garden is completely enclosed by a fence, posts and a hedge and is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, barbecue and parking space. Washing machine in the outdoor garage.
The driveway to the parking space is shared with the neighbouring villa on the garden side, and access to the garden is from the side, next to the parking space. Wi-Fi included.
