The Space:
Wake up every single day to the soothing sound of the crashing waves and leave all of your worries behind at this two-story, dog-friendly home! The main living space can be found on the first level of the home, whereas the three bedrooms are all located upstairs to provide more privacy. The living room offers panoramic views of the ocean and all the comfortable furniture to spend a relaxing time watching the waves crashing into the distance. Snuggle up on the sofa, turn on the flatscreen Smart TV, and catch up on your favorite series while the gas fireplace warms up the space in the blink of an eye.
The kitchen/dining area also offers incredible water views and if you'd like to take a closer look, you might as well use the telescope available. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a convenient breakfast table that seats three people, perfect for quick meals on the go, but for a more formal setting, the dining table can seat up to six people. This level also features a half bathroom near the main entrance.
The three bedrooms available can be found upstairs along with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own oceanfront balcony, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms also have a flatscreen TV, and the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Great home, great location. Stretching the ad photos is not cool. The back yard appeared way bigger. The carpet really needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. It gets so hot in here because the large windows don't open and the only way to keep the sun from cooking the home is to close the blinds which are total block view blinds. Maybe installing a screen door on the door to the backyard? The neighbors were having their roof redone the ENTIRE time we were here so you can only imagine how disappointing that daily noise was from 7-5. There was construction being done on the parking lots to beach and park access so my mom could never once go to the beach. That was why I chose this place. I needed to drive her there because she is blind and walking this street to the beach with a blind mom and 2 dogs is ultra unsafe.

The home was great. The views fantastic. The house was clean. Beds were very soft so a bit uncomfortable for a bad back. The driveway is sloped and hard to navigate for elderly relatives.
