The modern kitchen, fully equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, and complete tableware, opens onto a friendly dining area ideal for shared meals.
Two minimalist and soothing bedrooms provide optimal comfort, each with a double bed and built-in storage.
A contemporary bathroom completes the space, designed for your comfort and well-being.
A discreet and functional workspace allows remote workers to stay productive, while the private courtyard offers a peaceful corner right in the heart of Paris.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests, thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Please note: the sofa bed must remain against the wall until it is replaced. It is still fully functional, and a 10% discount applies to all bookings during this period.There are no toilets located within the bathrooms. There is only one toilet in the entire property.
