Everything was great. Owner gave us early check in for free, that helped us a lot because we had early flight. Apparment is cosy, has everything you need, near metro, train and shops. All was good!

I love that the property was located close to the metro in a very safe and quiet neighborhood! Having a ground floor flat with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer was so helpful for our family. It was so great being close to many markets as well! Laurent was also a very responsive host and made the check in and check out process so seamless!

Even though we were not comfortable with the cleanliness or some details, I must say the host was very attentive and agreeable. In all fairness, he did offer to send someone to clean, but we were not comfortable with the idea of having someone with our stuff there.
**Edit Dec.2020: I have changed my general valuation of this place because of the sincere attentiveness of the host shown after my comments. I believe a finding a reliable host and an honest person is a most valuable thing nowadays. We will certainly come back here if we ever go back to Paris with family. Especially because it is also a good place for groups of people who travel with a person with limited mobility.
Organization to clean the rooms between guests can certainly improve. Also, the heater capability doesn't allow too many people showering, but that can be arranged by organizing and distributing shower times. Good enough general cookingware, although no essentials (we left oil for the next guests).
