Grimentz – Charming Alpine chalet with magnificent views, 7–9 beds, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room, mezzanineThis charming detached 3-bedroom chalet, located on a quiet and private 970 m² plot (accommodating 7 to 9 people), is situated on the upper road of Grimentz and offers breathtaking views of the village and the mountains. It is very close to the (free) winter shuttle bus stop, providing easy access to the ski slopes, and when snow conditions are good, it is possible to ski back close to the chalet (by branching off from the Grimentz–St-Jean route).Very private location, balcony, secluded garden / two sunny terraces connected by a staircase, situated opposite the starting point of several summer hiking trails.Two private parking spaces.The chalet is fully furnished and features free internet access, a dual-screen docking station, and a television.The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, raclette grill, and fondue sets for Swiss fondue and Chinese fondue.3 bedrooms (1 motorised 160 cm double bed, 1 double bed 160 cm, and 1 bedroom with bunk beds + pull-out bed).A mezzanine with a 160 cm double bed, a pleasant dining area, a comfortable living room, 1 bathroom with WC, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC. Turn right into the Route d' Anniviers and follow for 25 km to Grimentz. -- The Saturday changeover day is a very busy time for the rental agency, it is the only opportunity to undertake any necessary repairs and also to clean the property. Therefore, we request that all properties are vacated and the keys returned to us by 10am on Saturday morning at the latest. -- -- -- Final Cleaning: Final cleaning included.
