Modern, comfortable chalet "Miranda", built in 2005, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 600 m from the lake. Lawn. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house the grounds. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shop 1.2 km, restaurant 800 m, bakery 1.4 km, bus stop "Champex, piscine" 130 m, outdoor swimming pool 30 m. Tennis 30 m, slopes 1.9 km, ski school 1.2 km, ski-kindergarten 1.2 km, sled run 1.9 km, ice rink 800 m, children's playground 700 m, fishing possibilities 500 m.

Exit to the garden, to the terrace, south facing position and east facing position. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Location très bien située au calme dans un joli cadre. A côté de la piscine et à quelques minutes du lac et des commodités. La location est spacieuse. Niveau propreté, elle mériterait un nettoyage approfondi. En effet, certains meubles collent. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et recommandons cette location.
