Ideally located just 9 km from Chamonix centre and only 5 minutes from Les Houches ski lifts, the property sits in an authentic and peaceful hamlet of mountain guides, with local shops and an excellent restaurant within walking distance.
Designed to blend contemporary alpine architecture with traditional Savoyard warmth, Chalet ToutBlanc creates an intimate yet refined atmosphere combining elegance, simplicity and functionality. Floor-to-ceiling glazing allows you to truly live the view, offering uninterrupted panoramas of Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks.
The chalet comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms, including a large family master suite composed of two connecting rooms – ideal for families with children. Each bedroom enjoys its own private bathroom and spectacular mountain views. Premium bedding ensures exceptional comfort.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is designed for high-end catering, featuring two sinks, two refrigerators and a large Smeg range cooker. A generous living space extends seamlessly onto a semi-covered terrace with movable wooden panels, creating changing light effects throughout the day.
South-facing orientation guarantees maximum sunshine in both winter and summer. Multiple terraces with outdoor dining areas, loungers and barbecue overlook a beautifully landscaped garden.

We had a magical stay at this property and will certainly be returning! Our family of 4 children and 4 adults were very comfortable - the chalet is gorgeous with the most beautiful deck and views. Its located in a quaint village right near Chamonix and has many beautiful hikes starting right outside its door. The owner, Guillame, and the property manager, Elisa, were the best! They were super responsive, helped us secure a full crib for our two year old, helped arranged the single most special dinner I have ever enjoyed at a refuge that you could only get to on a hike and were always available to help with anything we needed (doctor, directions, etc). We absolutely fell in love with this property and the entire French Alps region. Its an area of the world that everyone should visit.
