Limpeza, quartos, localização, arquitetura, estrutura interna em perfeito estado de funcionamento. Banheiros ótimos. Aquecimento muito bom no inverno. Belíssimas vistas. Fácil acesso de carro. Aconchegante.

We really appreciated the communication beforehand, which was clear, friendly, and helpful and made arrival straightforward. The area itself is beautiful — it has a real alpine feel, loved les houches and Chamonix, and the surroundings were a highlight of the stay. We also loved the exterior of the chalet; it looks charming and fits perfectly with the mountain setting.
However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. The property itself felt poorly built: you could see through some wall cracks, hear everything, ceilings are very low, and some wooden surfaces were cracked. The beds felt unsafe, with protruding edges, and the sleeping arrangements were tight for six people. Amenities were minimal: no shower gel, soap, or bubble bath, and only four large towels. The downstairs shower is just a wet room.
The area is extremely quiet, which could be nice, but there’s very little nearby. Next-door neighbors’ property was very messy, with rubbish and traffic cones visible.
We were particularly disappointed when a cracked toilet seat broke during our stay, which we reported immediately and offered to replace. After that, the host’s tone changed, and we were falsely accused of smoking inside and leaving the property dirty, which was not the case. We cleaned thoroughly before leaving, and none of our group smoke—this was upsetting, especially with elderly parents and young children staying.
While the views are stunning, the chalet itself and the lack of amenities left us disappointed, especially given the price. For a more comfortable stay in the region, we would recommend Les Houches, Chamonix, or Megève.
