Hilbre consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen featuring oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area and sitting area with TV. The bedrooms are two, and iinclude a single and a twin, both with en-suite shower rooms, with a z-bed available on request for the single room, serviced by a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, a rear patio with furniture, and an outdoor shower to the front. A highchair is available on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent. Hilbre is a spacious, disability-friendly base for exploring Trevone and the surrounding Cornish coast. Note: This property ideally suits 3 people if full disabled facilities are required or otherwise can accommodate 4 but please enquire first. Note: Loo roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid, bin liners, tea towels and dishwashing equipment are provided.
