Spotlessly clean, spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Washing machine was a bonus. Large comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen.
Heating worked well as outside was single digits.
Host was helpful and understanding re check-in.
The area wasn't very nice, very dirty, lots of construction and roadworks, felt a little unsafe. I made sure I was home before dark.
Be aware there is no lift so you'll have to carry your suitcase up 3 flights of narrow staircase.

Biz aile olarak 4 kişi kaldık. Gayet rahattı. Evde ihtiyaç olabilecek her şey mevcuttu. Konumu hem gare du midi istasyonuna hem de grand palasa yürüyerek 10-15 dk mesafedeydi. Brüksel’de hiç toplu taşıma kullanmadık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.
Kötü sayılabilecek tek yönü, bina içi. Daracık merdivenler var ve asansör yok. ev 3. Katta olduğu için valizlerle zorlandık. Onun dışında evin içi çok konforluydu.

La ubicación es estupenda, aunque el barrio esté en obras y sea un barrio obrero no hay ningún problema.
Si estas acostumbrado a dormir con oscuridad llevate un antifaz. Las cortinas no tapan bien la luz. Y el acceso a la vivienda no es muy buena si tienes carro de bebe.
