Booked as the location was nearby to the venue we attended. Parking is secure underground and the Belgica metro station is around the corner. Not much for restaurants or coffee within walking distance though there are a couple supermarkets nearby. Communication was good when we had an issue checking in, though the stock instructions could have been more up to date.

The apartment is in need of a deep clean and a bit of maintenance. The toilet situation upstairs really isn't suitable and wouldn't be ok for more than one person/couple. Kitchen amenities were not well maintained; the kettle was full of dirty water.
