**Shipping to the house is not guaranteed, since the home is not a primary residence, mail is forwarded.
We are happy to accommodate early check in & late check out's for $40 an hour when possible, if agreed upon before your stay begins. Unprohibited early and late check ins will result in a hourly fee of $65 as this can put strain on our cleaners and next guests.
