The Space:
Welcome to Asheville Haven, where modern comforts and prime location perfectly blend to create your dream vacation! This 3,600 sq ft North Asheville gem, with its 6 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, is ideal for families or groups looking to experience everything the city has to offer while enjoying a private, serene retreat.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a stylish living room filled with natural light and ample seating to unwind and relax. Adjacent to the living room, you will find a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with dual coffee maker for your convenience. The elegant dining room will set the stage for memorable meals, and the convenient laundry room and half bathroom complete the main level.
The lower level offers three cozy bedrooms: a luxurious king-size retreat, a fun room with two sets of bunk beds, and a comfortable queen-size sanctuary. The hallway bathroom ensures that everyone is well-accommodated with plenty of space and privacy.
As you venture down to the basement, prepare for hours of entertainment in the game room. Equipped with a pool table, foosball table, TV and queen-size sleeper sofa, there's something for everyone!
The gorgeous upstairs hosts the remaining bedrooms, including a lavish king-size suite with en-suite full bathroom and workspace tucked inside a large walk-in closet, a second king-size haven, and another inviting queen-size room. The hallway bathroom completes the upper level.
Don't forget to explore the fantastic outdoor space where relaxation awaits. Soak up the Asheville sun as you sink into the brand-new hot tub, grill up a delicious feast on the propane grill, and take advantage of the fully fenced yard for privacy and tranquility.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house, excluding the owner's closet in the basement. The smart lock system ensures seamless self-check-in, and free parking is available on-site for your convenience.
The Neighborhood:
Neighbors are spaced out but we still need to respect the quiet hours between 10pm-8am
Getting Around:
Vehicle is needed. Uber and Lyft are available. I can also share the info for a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.

Located in North Asheville, our property provides easy access to major points of interest like the Biltmore Estate, Lake Louise Park, Basilica of Saint Lawrence, Asheville Visitor Center, and Grovewood Village. Our property is pet-friendly, with a standard charge of $20 per dog per night. Undisclosed pets will incur a fee of $50 per pet per night. Kindly ensure that pets stay off beds, chairs, and couches to avoid additional cleaning fees. Please be considerate of our neighbors and abide by quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am. No smoking and no parties are allowed on the property.

One bathroom lock not working ,need fix.Also one bedroom on first floor need fix , it’s sliding onside. So we are unable to use that.

We had just completed the Blue Ridge Relay race, and were 8 weary guys looking to just chill out and enjoy some relaxation before heading back to Cary, NC. Enjoyed the number of sleeping spaces, big TVs, cooking setup, and especially the hot tub.

We used this VRBO for Thanksgiving. 3 families, 12 people from 19 to 59. Huge feast prepared on site. Couldn’t have been happier. The kitchen is reasonably outfitted for cooking and includes place setting for everybody. The house is also comfortably furnished & the pool table and hot tub were a nice bonus.
