This cosy ground-floor holiday apartment with a step-free entrance is ideal for 2 people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the living and dining room, you will find a SAT-TV and a comfortable sofa. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and oven. A pantry or storage room is also available. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet. A washing machine is part of the apartment's amenities.
The dog-friendly apartment is located in the heart of the Swabian Alb. You are warmly welcome – with or without a dog. The apartment is on the garden level of our house, in a very quiet, green residential area with no through traffic, directly on the Albtrauf at about 750 metres altitude. In the immediate surroundings, you will find peace, a popular excursion restaurant, a yak herd and a glider airfield. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start right at the house. In winter, the nearest cross-country ski trail is just 800 metres away, the nearest ski lift 3.5 kilometres. Attractions such as Lichtenstein Castle, the Urach Waterfall, the Nebel and Bear Caves, as well as the Marbach Stud Farm are nearby. Regional specialities like cheese and meat from Alb buffalo, trout from Honau and wine from Metzingen invite you to indulge. The well-known outlet centre in Metzingen can be reached in about 20 minutes. Several dogs also live in the house. Charging e-cars is possible on request and for a fee.
