About this house rental
"Anna's Siedlungshäusle" is a small, cozy house from the 50s. completely renovated and equipped with modern bathroom and new kitchen. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests. On the comfortable sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 more guests. The numerous seats in the large garden with fruit trees, pond and flowers invite you to sit in the sun and shade. Free parking on the street at the house.
The house has a 600 square meter garden with seating, pond and fruit trees. There is also a barbecue.
In the garden are always chickens and running ducks on the way, who actually live in the neighboring garden, but can not be deterred from the fence by a visit.
From Herrenberg Stuttgart and Tübingen are very easy to reach by public transport.
A bus stop is located 200 meters from the house.
Trips to the Black Forest, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alb are on offer.
But also Herrenberg and the surrounding area have so much to offer that a stay is not boring.

We really enjoyed our four days in 'Anna's Hauesle'. The place is impeccable and extremely well stocked, sonny with a great garden, and an outstanding value in a great location. The communication with the host was always prompt, clear and helpful. We are looking forward to returning to what is a real find.

Sehr geschmackvoll im Stil der 60er Jahre eingerichtet. Eine saubere Unterkunft in der es an nichts mangelt. Alle gängigen Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden und funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, obwohl die Innenstadt nicht weit entfernt ist.
Stuttgart ist mit dem Auto in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Hier empfehlen wir Park and Ride in Degerloch. Parken inkl. Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist günstiger als in der Innenstadt zu parken.
Das Zentrum von Herrenberg ist auch sehr sehenswert.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Stilvoll restauriertes Reihenhaus mit dem 60 er Jahre Charme aus der Kindheit. Nur der kohleofen fehlt.
Zeitgemäße, bequeme Einrichtung mit schöner Umgebung.
