Villa Maona is an elegant 19th-century Tuscan residence, expertly renovated to offer the perfect balance of historic charm and modern comfort. Named after the nearby natural cave, a fascinating hiking destination, the villa is surrounded by olive groves and gentle hills, welcoming you into an authentic and relaxing atmosphere—ideal for experiencing the essence of the Tuscan countryside.
The property spans two floors and about 250 sqm, featuring a large private park and parking with an electric car charging station. The interiors, carefully designed, combine traditional materials like stone and wood with contemporary furnishings.
The main entrance on the first floor leads to three double bedrooms with adjacent private bathrooms and a walk-in closet. At the end of the hallway, a bright living room with exposed beams and large panoramic windows awaits, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a billiard table and table football.
Downstairs, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden.
