Casa Francy Relax on Lake Garda with pool

It was close to all of the attractions we came for. Very good location. It felt safe and welcoming. Very clean and organized. There were plenty of towels and blankets and welcoming snacks for the kids. Loved having a tv where we can watch American shows on Netflix. So many places forget this small but amazing amenity. The pool and parking area is close by and a sun bed was provided for the pool. Everything was labeled by colors so we knew which keys to use which was very helpful. Overall a wonderful comfortable stay and I’d recommend highly.

The ONLY thing that was confusing was on the video and directions for exiting the parking area to get to the place there should be a sign to show that a door must be opened to access the stairs right by the apartment. It was closed so we were confused for a bit but we found it later and just used an alternate exit. No big deal but it would be helpful to add a sign.

• L'accesso è stato complicato: le istruzioni erano poco chiare, serviva una chiave fisica invece di un codice e non avevamo le credenziali per il garage necessarie per entrare e scansionare il QR code. • Non è stato possibile regolare correttamente il termostato per il riscaldamento/aria condizionata. • La gestione della raccolta differenziata è stata difficile perché c'erano solo due cestini e due sacchetti a disposizione.
