About this villa rental
Design & tradition.
New and pretty single villa, totally independent, surrounded by greenery, but only 200 meters from the beaches of the lake. Composed of kitchen, a large double bedroom with large windows and overlooking the garden. The second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed is located on the mezzanine, open on the first bedroom (mezzanine with railing and separation curtains).
Large and bright bathroom on the ground floor with large shower.
The kitchen is separated from the two bedrooms, connected by the external porch.
Large private and well fenced garden with olive trees, almond trees, external porch, external kitchen with barbecue.
Outdoor garden furnished with wooden table and chairs, armchairs and sun loungers for outdoor use.
Night lighting. Parking inside the property.
Free Internet connection, WiFi, satellite TV Eu and Astra, led lighting with chromotherapy, air conditioning, heating.
New: 5-seater taxi-bus transport to and from the airports of Verona and Bergamo.

Caprapanca is really close to the Padenghe and Lonato sul Garda beaches, especially to the Padenghe Port,
where you can rent a berth or buoy for a perfect boat holiday.
A new cycle path connects Caprapanca to the center of Desenzano del Garda (3 km) well lit at night.

He had a great stay at Caprapanca. The house is perfect for 2 adults + dog, very well equipped and Cristina is a great host - always helpful and reactive. We can fully recommend the house and garden for a stay.
The only restriction - but not in Cristinas responsibility! - is that the location is not that perfect for walking the dog directly from home because there are no walkways.

The house is awesome, very cosy and our dog loved the beautiful garden. The lake and lot's of restaurants are directly nearby. Cristina is a great host and we will definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend it to everyone who want spend some relaxing days at Lake Garda. Cristina is a top host providing excellent ideas on what to visit in the region.
