This is an extended stay property. I thought I booked an ocean front room but I had to look across a parking lot to see the ocean. The property is clean and new. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. This is not a resort or a vacation club, it’s a hotel with no bar, restaurant or small store to buy anything. It only has a couple of vending machines. The little marina area is super close and Avila Beach area is so cute, peaceful and quiet. We overall had a good stay but I wish I knew it was just a hotel, a little pricey for just a hotel.
