Overall the rooms were very clean and accommodating.
We had great views of the beach and bay area from our patio.
Avila Beach is a family favorite as there are so many things to do and see locally.
The kitchen lacked a few basic utensils and had only 2 pots, one very large, one very small. The frying pans are well past their use date.
Laundry room was very conveniently located.
