Spacious living/dining area with tall windows, sofa seating, 55" smart TV, 8-person dining set
Game Room with pool table, poker table, fireplace, and 55" smart TV
Balcony and outdoor deck with patio dining set overlooking nature views
Kitchen with stainless steel appliances & cookware
Half bathroom
Laundry Room with washer and dryer
UPSTAIRS:
5 Bedrooms (1 King size bed, 4 Queen size beds) with nature views
3 Full Bathrooms (including Master)
**Portable mattresses available upon request**
Guest has access to the entire home, including deck area
Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
Additional guests after 6 people or pets would require an extra charge of $50 per head on the nightly rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet not disclosed prior to the stay is $100 per head (2x the normal charge).
Please take off your shoes before going on carpeted areas.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED AT THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $500 or more, payable via the Resolution Center.
QUIET HOURS are from 9PM-7AM. Loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Checkout is at 10AM. Any guest staying past without prior approval may be assessed a late checkout fee of $50/hour.
Turn off all lights, thermostat, and gas & lock all doors when away.
Per City of San Rafael ordinance, there is no street parking allowed. Please reach out for details on where to park as we are allowed 3 cars.
