What To Bring:
• Bring OFF for chiggers/ mosquitoes/ ticks/ etc.
• Favorite coffee and creamers (a starter kit is left at each property)
• Condiments
• Oils, seasonings, and cooking basics
• Ice (some ice makers can be finicky)
• Personal Toiletries
Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!
Below is a list of the items:
• 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
• 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
• 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
• 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 bottle of dish soap
• 2 sponges
• 4 dishwasher pods
• a handful of tall kitchen garbage bags
• handful of coffee pods
• Coffee grounds for a pot of coffee
• Coffee filters
• Starter coffee creamer
• Starter coffee sugar
• Salt/ pepper
• 1 small bottle of laundry soap
• 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31
Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (This can be done while booking through Airbnb or directly- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.
Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking, you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self-check-in. Code will be sent 3 days before check-in.
