Cabin with Mountain Views

This is a beautiful property and the cabin was so nice with all the amenities you could ask for. It was a nice and quiet weekend which was what my husband and I wanted. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!!!

Cabin is cozy and I love the porch and the fire place. Was really disappointed in the cleanliness. Dirty floors, dead lady bugs in the windows and live ones throughout the cabin. Roof is leaking into the cabin and black mold on bathroom ceiling and the back room. Fireplace and grill had to be cleaned out before use. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the mold isn't safe. I wanted to let you know so hopefully it can be addressed.

We booked a short trip to view the Perseids meteor shower and it did not disappoint. The skies were very dark and provided great stargazing. The cabin was very clean and well provisioned with anything we would need. The beds were comfortable and we had zero complaints. We would definitely book this property again.

Though in a nice mountain location, the cabin itself was not as inviting as we hoped. While well stocked, the interior and porch were unclean (dead spiders, residual food on dishes, bedding that looked like it had been slept in), and the roof leaked severely during a heavy rainstorm. The well water, while good to drink, smelled of sulphur due to the necessary treatment, making it unbearable to shower and brush teeth.
