The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area opening onto the open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron. Exterior: - A long west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the view.
The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, ski and mountain bike hire, and more. The slopes are directly accessible from the ski room, via a door leading to a path that joins the slope just 50 metres away.
Activities: - Downhill skiing - Hiking - Snowshoeing - Mountain biking... and much more Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park 200 metres away or in the paid car park (only in winter) at the foot of the building.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - A shuttle bus from Grenoble station drops you off 250 metres from the building. There is also a shuttle bus that serves the various locations in the resort during the winter season. - Nearest station: Grenoble station 30 km away (approx. 45 mins)
- Nearest airport: Grenoble Airport, 80 km away (approx. 1 hour 20 mins) Other comments: - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Sound insulation is not optimal; some noise from neighbours may be heard. - A ski locker is available for your use
- There is no mechanical ventilation system; ventilation is natural, via ducts in damp rooms or by opening windows. - The bunk bed closest to the window does not have shutters or curtains that completely block out the light, and morning light may be a nuisance. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
