Très bon accueil de l'agence Baud à Villard de Lans.
L'appartement est parfait, bonne literie, très propre, rien ne manque, environnement calme, verdoyant.
Mais pour s'approcher de l'entrée de la maison il faut gravir beaucoup d'escaliers avec ses bagages et ce n'est pas simple quand on est retraités... Convient plutôt à des locataires plus jeunes et dans la force de l'âge.
