About this apartment rental

Enjoy a stay in a one bedroom and private split bath on the main floor of our recently remodeled Edwardian home, at the corner of Dolores Park. Guest have the privilege of relaxing or reading in our sunny and cozy front living room. Beautiful full size antique trundle bed (with additional full size mattress underneath, perfect for sleeping two if needed). Split bath has the original claw foot tub/shower, and a separate John Douglas toilet.

The space
You will be staying in an Edwardian home built in 1908, two years after the San Francisco earthquake, by the Atwater family. The house has two levels. Your bedroom is in the main level and my private quarters are upstairs. You will have access to your room and bathroom as well as the ample front room of the house.

We are situated in a lively neighborhood, next to beautiful Dolores Park. However, the house is very quiet and restful.
