About this house rental
This is a residence with character, elegance and the imprint of fine living. On the top floor and overlooking Park Presidio, the condo is located in a lovely residential neighborhood with 4 parks within walking distance and scores of restaurants and shops nearby. At roughly 1700 square feet, the condo is very spacious with generously sized rooms. There is a two-car garage and washer and dryer at ground level.
It comes fully equipped with everything you need to live there (except groceries), serving dishes, extensive cooking pots and pans and utensils, extra light bulbs, cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, umbrellas, etc. And even a hardware drawer. Utilities, wi-fi and cable are included. Plus a weekly cleaning!
There is a simple, but nice garden in the back.
The Inner Richmond is delightful neighborhood with a citywide reputation for fantastic restaurants. The condo is favorably located less then 4 miles from the Civic Center and Downtown San Francisco, 5 blocks from Golden Gate Park, 5 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge and only 16 miles from San Francisco International Airport. Right out the door are The Presidio trails. Land's End is within walking distance. The Marin headlands trails start within a 10 minute drive. Marina district access is 10 minutes by car. It’s near 3 major bus routes, 2 major museums and our Science Academy and Botanical Garden.

This place was perfect for us to stay in. I was able to get to my job in 5 minutes. My wife needed high speed internet for her work and it worked out perfect for both of us. It was easy in and out of the city when we went anywhere. Markets, restaurants, and stores all within a mile. Great place to stay and relax.
