This 30 m² cottage can accommodate up to 3 people for a 100% sea and relaxation stay. Here, everything is designed to make your holiday simple, comfortable, and full of lovely memories.

Stay: Sofa bed for two, bright space to relax after the beach.
Bedroom: Double bed 160x190, comfortable bedding for restful nights.
Kitchen: Fridge, grill microwave, dishwasher, crockery and utensils, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster – everything you need to prepare delicious little dishes with family!
Bathroom: Ideal bathtub for a moment of relaxation after a day of exploration.
Other equipment: Parking, Wi-Fi included, covered and heated swimming pool of the residence, duvets, blankets and pillows provided.
Ideal location
Located on Rue d'Ys – 1, Kervengard Pentrez, 29550 Saint-Nic, the residence is just a few minutes' walk from Pentrez beach: perfect for sunset walks or sandcastle sessions with the children. You will also find shops for your daily shopping and several restaurants nearby to taste local flavours, without having to take the car.
