La ubicación es excelente, en el 12eme Arrondissement (Bercy), con muy buena comunicación, vía Metro y Buses, para llegar a los lugares más emblemáticos de París. Cama cómoda, el lugar es espacioso y con buena vista al jardín interior del edificio. El anfitrión, si bien no nos conocimos en persona, estuvo a nuestra disposición a pesar de que (por problemas de vuelo) tuvimos que hacer check-in y checl-out a horarios inconvenientes. Merci beaucoup et désolés de vous avoir dérangé, Monsieur!
Sugiero que, para los que gustamos del buen vino francés, haya un sacacorchos.... es un pequeño detalle que se aprecia mucho.

La qualité de l'accueil, réponses à mes attentes , disponibilité de l'interlocuteur, l'environnement des lieux et la sécurité , le calme , tous les services proches, magasin d'alimentation, boulanger , métro .....
