A localização é excelente!
Do cheiro de cigarro.
E o chuveiro é complicado, pois influencia no tempo.
Ele tem um limite de agua quente e depois tem que esperar para outra pessoa tomar banho.
E também caí abruptamente do suporte.
Os vizinhos do andar de cima são bastante barulhentos em alguns momentos.

Pretty close to main transport stations, Wi-Fi, all of electrical and kitchen equipment was working 👍
Every morning I saw a parrots 🦜, sitting on the tree, for me it was a surprise!
