About this house rental

Our lovely home is in a very quiet neighborhood with ample space to park in the driveway. The main living areas, laundry, and three bedrooms are located upstairs and the fourth bedroom and sleeper sofa are located downstairs. The backyard is fully fenced with a patio, private pool, and raspberries to enjoy early in the summer.
Check in is easy with a keyed door pad.
If you need anything during your stay, you can contact us through the Airbnb app or via the contact information provided in our guest book.
- The pool is not heated so it is only open from June 1st through September 30th; it is winterized with a pool cover from October through May.
- Our property has 3 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 pull out sofa sleeper. As such, if your group 9+ guests please be aware that someone will be sleeping on a sofa bed.
- While the backyard is fully fenced, there is not a separate fence around the pool, so please be aware of this if you have small children
- The house was built in the 1950`s and there are two low clearance areas downstairs - a hallway and the doorway to the bathroom, so keep this in mind if you have a group with tall individuals
- Our house is located at the top of a little hill, which sometimes requires an all wheel drive vehicle to get up during the winter as the city can be slow to plow in the neighborhoods. However, you can always street park for free at the bottom of the hill and walk to the house if needed :)
- No smoking allowed anywhere on the premises, including the yard. Thank you!
This is a family oriented home. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 7am. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. Smoking is NOT allowed at this property.
