Beautiful apartment, spacious and in a very convenient location.
It was extremely warm in the apartment. I tried to lower the A/C but wasn’t able to. I reached out to owner and said they would take care of it remotely. They might have lowered it 1 degree because it was still warm after hours. The owner suggested I open the windows to help it cool off. We ended up having to sleep with windows opened, there was no screen for bugs, and it was loud outside, people yelling, bottles breaking, it didn’t feel safe to sleep with windows opened, but we had no other choice.
I hesitated to write this review since I don’t like to give bad reviews, but this is a non negotiable. It wasn’t even that cool outside for windows to be opened and make it comfortable inside. It’s a shame because this apartment is very spacious and beautiful, however, not having AC is non negotiable for us. If this problem is fixed then I would recommend this apartment 100%.

The apartment is gorgeous, well-appointed with all considerations, even cold bottled water in the refrigerator. Nice coffee maker, bath is immaculate with nice toiletries, comfortable beds. Wonderful view of the rose windows of the church.
There was a brief issue with air conditioning which handled immediately. Excellent communication via WhatsApp.

in generale tutto super positivo. Alloggio nuovo stupendo super fornito di tutto, confortevole, in pieno centro storico ma silenziosissimo, apertura porte e cancello molto funzionali e sicuri . TOP
se proprio devo trovare un difetto le 2 camere da letto molto strette , in particolare quella con la TV. Anche perché in quella stanza c è l armadio più grande che può servire a tutti, ma il passaggio non è agevole, anzi...
I letti però compensano la mancanza di spazio perché sono comodissimi.!

ci sono fette biscottate e nutella/marmellata a disposizione, con alcune capsule di caffè. Non avevo notato ci fossero DUE bagni, per noi anche eccessivo! La posizione è perfetta, a 20 passi da piazza Maggiore e 50 dall'ingresso di SalaBorsa, più comodo e centrale di così è impossibile.
i letti un pochino duri per i miei gusti, ma appunto è una cosa molto personale
