The property is new and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay very convenient. It’s located close to large supermarkets, and the bus stop to the city center is just a 4–5 minute walk away. Alessandro and Alessandra were very kind and attentive, ensuring we had a great stay!
There is a tourist tax (around 5,8€ pp/per night) in Bologna, but this was not mentioned in the apartment’s listing, which would have been helpful to know in advance.

L'appartamento è dotato praticamente di tutto.

Solo un consiglio, se può essere utile: al piano terra di notte entra luce dalla finestrella sopra la porta. Suggerisco di adottare una veneziana per poter oscurare.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere in circa 10' di auto la Unipol Arena di Casalecchio di Reno. Posizione ottima anche per raggiungere il centro di Bologna: in autobus e a piedi (circa 30' fino a Piazza Maggiore). A un paio di minuti ci sono un grande supermercato e una trattoria con specialità locali... da non perdere.

Lokal świetny. Czysty że wszystkim co potrzeba w tym prasowanie, pralka i super wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka.
Bardzo czysto i zadbanie. Alessandro bardzo pomocny i zaangazowany, świetny kontakt. Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna. Blisko market i autobusy choć my i tak większość pieszo.
Bardzo bardzo polecamy.
