Das Appartement liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage, in die Tiefgarage geht es über den Aufzug. Verlässt man das Gebäude über die Lobby, dann muss man nur über die Straße gehen und kommt zum 100te Meter breiten weißen Santa-Monica-Beach. Nach links geht es fußläufig in 30min nach Venice-Beach, nach links in 15min zum Santa-Monica-Pier. Mit dem Auto kommt man (für LA-Verhältnisse) vergleichsweise schnell zu den Sehenwürdigkeiten LAs. Perfekt, wenn man abends nach dem LA-Trip entspannen will.

The location was great for our needs. The place was clean and worked well for our family. The water pressure was amazing.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The blinds didn’t keep much light out, so we woke up very early every morning due to light coming in. We wish there would have been fans to have some air movement.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Appartment mit gutem Standort. Die Zimmer sind genug gross und die Terasse ist schön zu haben. Man fühlt sich wie in seiner eigenen Wohnung und an sich kann ich es weiterempfehlen. Plus : - Parking!! - Lage/Standort - Grösse des Apartments - Terasse - Küche genial ausgestattet ( Spühltabs muss man selber kaufen ) - Mussten später raus, und durfen Parking an dem Checkout Tag länger verwenden, danke!

Beachten : - es gibt keine Klimanlage, was in den meisten Tagen kein Problem ist -> jedoch an warmen Tagen ein grosses Problem sein kann. - Das Personal Antwortet auch nicht immer, nur wenn nötig. Ich habe 2 Fragen gehabt, welche nie beantwortet wurden. - Türe kann man abschliessen, ist aber nicht immer sicher abgeschlossen. Beim Check-In z.B war sie einfach offen. Minus : - keine Klimaanlage - Personal schwirig zu erreichen - an manchen stellen sehr staubig

It was a lovely lay out. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Good kitchen facilities with new fridge and microwave. The apartment was clean. Its a great location for access to the beach and both the Santa Monica pier and shopping area of Venice Beach is within a short walking distance. If you have a car, there is private parking in a secure, underground parking lot. There is also washing facilities on site, however I did not use this during my short stay.

The apartment isn't very soundproof. I understand that this happens with apartment living but the walls were paper thin, you could hear the neighbours footsteps and coughing from within the property.. Every closing of doors in the complex can be heard throughout. It also backs onto a very busy, fast running road and this traffic is consistent well into the night. On night one, there was a smash at the intersection and sirens and whistles ran for an hour or more and it was if they were in the bedroom with me.
