Welcome to CASA-Aimee, a charming and spacious villa in Vidauban, France, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. Ideally located between the sea and nature, this luxurious artist’s villa enjoys a privileged setting in the heart of Provence. The majestic Gorges du Verdon are reachable in approximately 1.5 hours, while the vibrant atmosphere and iconic beaches of Saint-Tropez are just one hour away. A perfect base for balancing spectacular landscapes with the Mediterranean art of living.
The ground floor features a bright and inviting living room with a cozy fireplace, a television, a piano, a workspace, and a dining area that opens directly onto the swimming pool, creating a perfect space for relaxation or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction stove, and a Nespresso coffee maker, also with direct access to the pool, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with a view. On this level, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed (140x190). One of the rooms has its own private bathroom and opens directly to the outside, which makes it convenient for you who want quick access to the terrace or garden. The ground floor also includes an additional bathroom equipped with a shower and a sink, as well as a separate toilet for added comfort and privacy.
Upstairs, a third air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140x190), en-suite bathroom, and balcony provides a tranquil retreat with lovely views.
The villa also includes a private studio, featuring a double bed (140x190), en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, a television, and coffee-making facilities, offering extra privacy for guests.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
