10/10 property, would definitely stay again. We booked late in the evening an hour before we planned to arrive and the host was incredible - he had turned the spa on, lit up the driveway, and given us clear instructions on how to get into the house. The host has thought of everything a guest could need - towels for the spa, a fully equipped kitchen including many tea and coffee options, toiletries, and all the baby essentials. The attention to detail made our stay so easy and comfortable. It's the perfect house for a family, our boys loved the vintage arcade machines and harry potter inspired room with a cosy hideout. The location is fantastic, very central but quiet and private. We'll be staying here every time we visit Hamilton in the future!!

Arcade games and JBL speaker with microphones for a little karaoke was a win with the kids. And fans of the spa. Great comfy master bedroom and awesome shower. A fantasitc space for our family of 5. Kids also loved the Harry Potter themed room.
No milk for a cuppa tea, but lots of tea and coffee provided.

Good location. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Nice hot tub. Great off you were staying with kids... 2 couples was not a great fit.
Smelly like animal pee on the ground floor. No a/c upstairs for 1 bedroom and it was really hot.
