It’s a complete home, equipped with everything you need to make it a convenient base for holidaying in the Waikato or setting up home for an extended stay with total privacy. And it exclusive for your use. You can walk to café’s, restaurants, bars, entertainment and supermarkets. The Waikato River Trails are moments away.

With one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs it’s ideal for groups needing their own private areas. We pride ourselves on comfy beds. And there’s a separate office nook to work from home. With a full kitchen, laundry and single garage you could live here for ever.
Abbotsford Street is walking distance to Hamilton's city centre. And yet it's a suburban street with it's own personality. Within minutes you can be on the river trail where you can walk to town along it's picturesque track in ten minutes. You can also walk to the Waikato stadium, local bars like the Helm, Forme Day Spa, a number of cafe's and a driving range in just minutes.

Excellent walking distance to FMG stadium. The All Blacks won too! House was presented well, perfect for us, looks exactly like photos. William was great to communicate with. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend.

Excellent location to base from for the squash tournament. Home was large, quiet and heaps of space for washing, sorting and airing sports gear. Great kitchen/ lounge area for relaxing together. Easy and clear communication with host.Walking distance to Hamilton Squash Club and supermarkets.10/10 thanks
