Really good selection of drinks and snacks. Property clean and functional. Perfect location to visit family and easy to find. My grandson said that he would give you 4.5 out of 5 if there was rainbow bedding!

The property was good value for money, very clean and there were lovely touches such as tea, coffee, biscuits, cereals, shower gel and free WiFi. The host communicated well and arriving and accessing the property was made extremely easy. There was also accessible parking and the location was central for places like Leeds and York.
As soon as we arrived, before we had parked and got out of the car we were summoned by the neighbour. We were told to keep the noise down as they were fed up with workman all week and party central at weekends. This made us very conscious of any noise we might make and worried we would upset the neighbours. It wasn’t a very welcoming start and did spoil our break to an extent.
